We do not accept returns or exchanges from our eCommerce website via mail. If your item is unopened in the original packaging, damaged or defective upon receiving, or you received the wrong item, you may bring it to the store, in-person, to receive a Refund or Exchange.

For returns that cannot be made in-person, Makerhaus will not reimburse the shipping charge or provide a pre-paid return label. All returns must be made in-person.

You will need to provide proof of payment to receive a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges are no longer valid after 14 days of purchase. 

We cannot issue a refund in the event that you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased or no longer need it.
